Negative thought reframing is a highly effective strategy to help with anxiety. It's SO important to realize how much your language affects your thoughts, which then affects how you feel. If you can first become aware of your language, you can then actively change it. Believing it, and repeating it is how negative thought reframing can be effective!

I've struggled with anxiety for as long as I can remember. Through a lot of personal development and introspection, I have learnt techniques that have helped me whenever I'm feeling overwhelmed with stress or anxiety.
