Meditation Exercises and Apps!

Whenever I feel overwhelmed with anxiety or emotion, or I'm having an anxiety or panic attack, I put on a 5-10 minute guided meditation.

It helps me to focus on something else other than my own anxiety, and completely slows my heart rate down. 

When I'm done the meditation, I don't feel like exploding with anger, or breaking down from frustration or sadness anymore.

I also love doing sleep meditations, since that darn insomnia can be a killer.
