What's the difference between a therapist and a life coach?

A therapist aims to fix the problem by focussing on the past. A coach focuses on the present, and works with you to figure out what you want, and how to attain your goals.


how long do i need a life coach for?

However long you want! Some people only have a few sessions just to get back on track, some people do longer term life coaching if they feel they need a greater shift in their life, and some people only need a session once in awhile to stay accountable. 


Is Coaching Right For me?

If you are ready for a change in your life, in your habits, and in your mindset, but you have no idea where to start, life coaching is for you!!

 


Nope! You have the option to do the sessions virtually with zoom, facetime or google meet. 

You can also just use email or messenger if that is what you're most comfortable with!         

Are sessions only in person?


Be as open and honest as possible! And be willing to put in the work, and do the strategies we come up with, and the exercises I provide.

What is expected of me as a client?


It's for us to get to know each other and see if I'm the right coach for you!

We will talk about what you want to get out of coaching, and at the end of it you can decide if you want to continue forward and invest in yourself!
