Mental health is SO important to me.

I want to do everything I can to help YOU with your every day struggles.

I waaas going to write blog posts here..but I just think that talking comes more naturally to me (lol, I mayyy or may not talk too much..). SO youtube videos is what made most sense! I hope that some of my videos will resonate with you.

 Or shed light on different perspectives.

We really are all in this together, so we may as well help each other out by being open and honest with our struggles so we can all feel less alone.
